Classes In Sushi And Japanese Cuisine

Group Classes: Come goin us and other students for a group class in witch you will learn the basic of sushi making. In this class we teach 3 basic kind of roll (maki sushi) while at the same time we talk about the history of sushi, the etiquette of eating it and much more

Private group instructions: Imagine having a group of friends or family, corporate team building or classes for kids and learning all the fundamentals of Sushi.

Private one on one instruction: For beginners or accomplished chefs. You may customize what you learn by choosing and putting together a curriculum to best suit your needs and time with your Chef Instructor.

Japanese Cuisine and Sake Pairing Classes

In the sake pairing classes we tast 6 different kinds of Sake and pair them with special seasonal Japanese dishes. Yuji Matsumoto, a Sake Sommelier, teaches and share with us his knowledge about sake.

Group hands-on sushi making class cost $75.00 per person and include all utensil use needed, food cost and hands out. 
class size is no bigger then 12 people so we have a lot of one on one time with each student and a lot of time for questions.
