  • Spicy Marinated Cucumber Salad - Cucumber rings marinated in spicy chili vinegar.
  • Wakame Salad - Mixture of several kinds of seaweed and tomatoes tossed with vinegar soy sauce.
  • Chilled Japanese Noodle salad - Chilled Japanese Soba noodles tossed with sesame, soy and vinegar dressing.
  • Tofu Salad - Large cubes of tofu served with Bonito flakes, grated fresh ginger, green onion and in a mild sweet soy.(additional $1.00 per person)
  • Salmon Skin Salad - Mixed baby greens, cucumber, carrot sticks, onions, Bonito flakes and salmon skin tossed with vinegar soy sauce.(additional $1.00 per person).
