Japanese Cuisine and Sake Pairing Classes
In the sake pairing classes we tast 6 different kinds of Sake and pair them with special seasonal Japanese dishes. Yuji Matsumoto, a Sake Sommelier, teaches and share with us his knowledge about sake.
